Any refunds will be made in accordance with this KnowledgEquity (KE) Refund Policy.
Partial refunds:
Refunds involve significant administration activities and a $50 administration fee applies and is deducted from the refund amount paid.
Partial refunds may be available if you notify KE of a subject change, cancellation or withdrawal prior to using the CPA Study Resources, including for value packs where one or more enrolments have not been used.
Partial refunds are also available if KE is unable to provide part of the product or service as described.
You may also request to transfer your subject enrolment to a different subject or a different semester, which can usually be done at no cost.
Full refunds:
– Will be awarded where KE is unable to provide any of the product or service as described.
– May be awarded in certain limited circumstances, such as serious illness or accident.
Refund terms:
Refunds are considered by KE on a case-by-case basis and may require relevant supporting documentation to be provided.
A $50 administration fee applies and is deducted any awarded refund request.
Refund application requests must be made in writing on the KE Refund Request Form below.
Approved refunds will be made within 28 days of KE receiving written notification.
KE reserves the right:
– To not provide a refund if you do not use the product or service.
– To offer alternative products and services in lieu of a refund or as part of a refund, although there is no obligation to accept this offer.
To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Download and fill in the Refund Request Form.
2. Email the completed Refund Request Form with relevant supporting documentation to KE: help@KeQ.com.au
3. KE will confirm receipt of your request.
4. KE will review your request and contact you for any additional information that may be required.
6. KE will advise you of the outcome and refund any amounts within 28 days of receiving your request.
7. KE will retain all records of the refund request on file.
